These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are a legally binding contract between you and Cejon regarding your use of the Cejon website, store, products, services, and applications (collectively “Services“).

Account Registration
You may browse Products on the website without registering for an account. However, to make purchases, you will need to register and create an account.
To register an account, you must be at least 18 years of age. You represent and warrant that any registration information you submit is accurate and up-to-date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and agree not to share your password or login information with others.
You can edit your account information or delete your account at any time. Cejon reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Order Process
To place an Order, browse our Products and add desired items to your cart. After reviewing your cart, proceed to checkout, where you will input your shipping address, billing information, and payment details.
All Product pricing and availability is subject to change at any time. A binding agreement is made when we send you an order confirmation by email, indicating that we have shipped the Product and that your method of payment has been approved.
If your payment method is declined, your Order may be cancelled. Certain Orders may require verification and authorization before they can be processed.
You represent that you have the legal right and authorization to use any payment method used to complete your Order.
Shipping and Delivery
We will make reasonable efforts to ship and deliver your Order according to estimated timeframes. However, delays can occur during peak periods, due to payment issues, or factors outside of our control.
If a Product is damaged or lost during shipment, contact us immediately so that we can investigate and provide a resolution.
Shipping and delivery details, restrictions, and timeframes are provided during checkout and on your Order Confirmation. We currently only ship to addresses in the United States. You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and up-to-date shipping address.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items for a full refund, subject to our Return Policy below.
Return Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in original packaging, and in original condition. You have 30 calendar days from delivery to initiate a return.
To start a return, please email customer service at [email protected] or call 1-800-555-1234. We will provide instructions on how to pack and ship the return, including a prepaid shipping label.
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund. Refunds are generally issued within 2-3 business days after the return is received. Refunds are applied to the original payment method used for the order.

We cannot accept returns for:
- Used, worn, damaged, or altered items
- Items missing original packaging or parts
- Food, personal care, hygiene or cosmetic products
- Hazardous materials that cannot legally be shipped
You are responsible for return shipping costs for any ineligible returns sent to us. All returns are subject to a restocking fee if they are not in compliance with our Return Policy.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact customer service. Provided the request is made within 30 days of delivery and meets eligibility criteria, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label to return the original item.
Once received, we will process an exchange for the new item, using the original order payment method. Exchanged items are subject to availability. Standard shipping fees will apply to the exchange Order.
Pricing and Inventory
Product pricing may vary over time and can change without notice. We cannot guarantee price at the time of Order placement.
Inventory is not guaranteed. Quantities available on the website are updated periodically but may not reflect actual inventory. If an item is not in-stock at the time of your Order, we will attempt to notify you and provide options.
Product Descriptions
We strive to provide accurate Product descriptions, pricing, images, functionality, and specifications on the website. However, we do not warrant that such details are entirely complete, current, or free from errors.
Actual Products may vary from what is displayed onsite, including variations in color, materials, packaging, and more. We have made reasonable efforts to display colors and items as accurately as possible. Placement of Products on the website does not signify endorsement or recommendation.
If you receive a Product that is materially different than described, please contact us.
Promotions and Coupons
Discounts, promotions, and coupon codes are limited time offers that may be modified or discontinued by Cejon at any time.
Promo codes can only be redeemed once per customer and cannot be combined with other offers, unless stated otherwise. Discounts apply to select items, and may be limited to one use per Order.
Cejon reserves the right to cancel Orders and/or revoke discounts if we determine that coupon codes or promotions were claimed or applied in error, obtained fraudulently, or used in violation of these Terms.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, infringing or offensive use, or in any manner that breaches these Terms or applicable laws, regulations, and community standards. Prohibited activities include:
- Attempting to circumvent security, tamper with, hack into, or disrupt any computer system, server, website, router or any other Internet connected device.
- Reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, or preparing derivative works of content from the website or Products.
- Using any data mining, robots, scraping, or similar data gathering or extraction methods.
- Disabling or circumventing any protection mechanism related to the Services.
- Uploading or transmitting any software, malware, viruses, or other code that interrupts, destroys, or limits the functionality of the Services.
Any unauthorized or prohibited use of the Services will terminate your access and may expose you to civil and/or criminal liability.

The Cejon website and Products contain proprietary content, information, and intellectual property that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws.
Cejon retains exclusive ownership of all content and materials on our website and Services, including trademarks, brands, logos, images, text, graphics, page structure, services, products, item descriptions, and pricing.

This grant permits Cejon to use User Content without compensation or attribution for any lawful business purpose. You warrant and represent that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to grant these rights to Cejon.

If you choose to submit a product review, rating, or testimonial, you consent to Cejon using that content. We may publicly display reviews, ratings, and testimonials.
We are not responsible for third party reviews. Opinions expressed in reviews do not necessarily reflect our opinions. We reserve the right to remove or refuse to publish reviews that contain unlawful, offensive, or inappropriate content.

Payments
We accept various payment methods for Orders through secure third party processors. You represent and warrant that any payment information provided belongs to you or that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
If we do not receive payment from your payment method, your Order may be cancelled. We reserve the right to seek full payment or place restrictions on the purchase method for any unpaid, cancelled, disputed, unauthorized, or fraudulent orders.

THE SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, GUARANTEES, OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Cejon specifically disclaims any other warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, quiet enjoyment, or non-infringement. Limitation of Liability
CEJON AND ITS EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, DIRECTORS, AND REPRESENTATIVES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS.
THE TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY OF CEJON IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE APPLICABLE PRODUCT OR SERVICE IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability, so these provisions may not fully apply. In such cases, liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
Indemnification
You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cejon and its employees, agents, directors, representatives, from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Services or Products; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; and (d) your violation of any rights of a third party.

Governing Law
